Smart Base is a very low viscosity (thin consistency) base builder and has been created to be the ultimate UV/LED gel nail solution for those with sensitivities to acrylates or for customers looking to improve condition of their nails.

• Low acid formula with an optimal PH level for the natural nail and skin around it
• Free from Acrylic Acid and HEMA monomer
• Cure 90 sec 
• Very high viscosity makes the product very easy to simply brush on
